Health maintenance and prevention of dental disease.

Habits that cause damage to the teeth :
  • After eat foods that sweet, sour, sticky, and does not directly incite the teeth
  • Dislike polish teeth after meals and before bed
  • Dislike to eat fruit and fleshy fibrous
  • Use the wrong toothbrush
  • Not on time and how to polish teeth
  • Brush teeth without toothpaste (toothpaste)
  • Eat not chewed.
The disease and damages of the teeth :
1. Karies / perforated teeth
2. Gingivitis (gum inflammation)
3. Calculus (tartar)

Phase Damage to the teeth :
1. Phase I: karies called early, usually at the beginning of this have not felt anything
2. Phase II: Start feels pain when drinking hot or cold water
3. Phase III: It is a pain and pulse
4. Phase IV: Same, it was not a pain, because the tooth is dead

How to Care and Prevention :
1. Reduce eating food that:
  • sweet
  • acid

2. Polish teeth at least 2 x per day. A good time is after meals and before bed
3. Polish teeth with the toothpaste that contains flour
4. Teeth examined regularly to the dentist / dental poli even though there is no complaint, at least 6 months
5. It is recommended in children polish teeth since the first teeth start to grow (out)
6. Prevention of dental perforated / karies since early in the permanent teeth start to grow with a layer of the tooth (surface protection)
7. Improve the position of the teeth that are not regularly
8. Eliminate bad habit.
